This Workshop will leave you feeling transformed, relaxed and inspired.
Together we will learn all about the Wim Hof Method: Breathing, Cold and Mindset.
There will be many suprises which will deepen your practice and help you get out of the thinking mind and come back to the body. My intention is that you feel leaving lighter, more inspired and ready to practice the method on your own!
