Rachel Babaganov is a Certified Wim Hof Instructor….She began her career as a nurse in Canada when she was 21. She quickly observed the emphasis on the treatment of symptoms instead of Empowerment and Prevention. She decided therefore, to take a life-changing trip to India, and lived in Southeast Asia for some years. During these transformative years, she explored modalities including Yoga, Ayurveda and Meditation, and became increasingly aware of the power of movement, nature, and silence to support her well-being. In 2019, while completing her Masters of Public Health, she was introduced to the Wim Hof Method. The method has changed her life in profound ways, connecting the dots of her previous experiences, education, and inner wisdom, and allowing her to step into her power in ways she could never have imagined. Now she devotes her work and time on cultivating these qualities in herself, and others, to support healing and personal transformation in a fast-paced world. She also now hosts Workshops and Retreats around Europe and Canada.
Roni Zaide has been cooking in kitchens around the world since 2004. She has worked at The Coup in Calgary for 7 years, before opening her business, Roni’s Kitchen, in 2014.
Roni’s mission is to reconnect you with food, empower you through cooking, and help you feel more comfortable in your own kitchen.
Roni loves to share her passion for delicious, healthy eats through a variety of plant-based cooking classes, in step by step, easy-to-follow, mouth-watering recipes from around the world.
In December 2019 Roni published her first cookbook, which contains 100 plant-based recipes and the stories behind them.
